Simple and surgical extraction
Simple tooth extraction consists of removing the tooth without closing the wound with stitches. Surgical tooth extraction consists of opening the gum, removing the bone and finally extracting the tooth and closing the wound with stitches.

Wisdom teeth are the last/third molars, which usually come out abnormally or partially. The surgery is quite easy and is done under local anesthesia.
